Bilateral Os Trigonum in a Professional Ballet Dancer Treated Arthroscopically

A case report is presented concerning a professional classical ballet dancer with bilateral os trigonum with posterior ankle impingement. Arthroscopic excision of the os trigonum for treatment of the posterior ankle impingement resulted in a successful clinical outcome, and the dancer was able to resume her professional dance career.
