Editor’s note: Combined modality therapy, with an abbreviated course of chemotherapy followed by involved-field radiotherapy, is currently considered the standard treatment approach for most patients with limited-stage (stage I–IIA) Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). The majority of these patients can anticipate long-term remission.
