Editor’s note: Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (nlpHL) is relatively rare, accounting for approximately 5% of all HL cases. This entity is characterized by an indolent clinical course and typically confers an excellent long-term prognosis, particularly in the majority of cases with limited-stage nlpHL. Up to now, the standard treatment for limited-stage disease has been radiotherapy (RT) and/or chemotherapy. In contrast to classical HL, malignant nlpHL cells consistently express high levels of CD20. Two studies of nlpHL are discussed herein.
