Editor’s note: This study examined the clinical and radiological characteristics of patients with pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (MS) with short (mean 2.7 years) and long (mean 20 years) disease duration, and compared the results with those of clients with adult-onset MS of similar short (mean 2.6 years) and long (mean 20 years) disease duration.
