Editor’s note: Fatigue is a common and often disabling symptom in multiple sclerosis (MS) and it is possible to differentiate between motor and cognitive fatigue. Medical treatment of fatigue in MS patients is possible, but has shown only limited benefit. Rehabilitation treatment of MS patients usually focuses on their neuro-logical deficits, and physical exercise is not commonly incorporated.
