Editor’s note: In this study, 37 patients aged 7–12 years with unilateral strabismic, anisometropic, or combined strabismic and anisometropic moderate amblyopia underwent retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness measurements by optical coherence tomography. Mean global RNFL thickness was not reduced in the amblyopic eye.
