Neurological involvement in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) can occur in the peripheral or central nervous system, with a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations. This study represents an effort from a task force of the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) to establish a set of recommendations for the management of neuropsychiatric manifestations of SLE (NPSLE).
