Editor’s note: Juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) is a potentially debilitating childhood inflammatory myopathy that often requires high-dose immunosuppressive therapy to control its clinical manifestations. In this study, the authors aimed to describe changes in health related quality of life (HRQoL) in a large cohort of patients with active JDM within the Paediatric Rheumatology International Trials Organisation.
