Editor’s note: Gastroparesis is one of the most difficult-to-treat complications of diabetes. Poor appetite and variable gastric emptying are associated with swings in blood glucose and poor overall glycemic control. In the current study, the investigators describe the use of insulin pumps in 26 patients with diabetic gastroparesis attending two centers in the UK.
