Pregnancy outcome in patients with inflammatory bowel disease treated with thiopurines: cohort from the CESAME Study

This study of IBD patients from the CESAME cohort in France evaluated pregnancy outcomes in women with IBD exposed to thiopurines. In a comparison of women who received thiopurines, women who received other IBD drugs, and women who did not receive any medications, no differences were found with regard to pregnancy outcome, including congenital abnormalities.
