Please submit manuscripts by email to

General
- The article should be 3000–4000 words.
- Include an Abstract.
- Please provide an address for correspondence.
- Articles should be aimed at a broad and international audience and must be structured using suitable section headings.
- Acronyms and abbreviations should be written out in full the first time they appear, with the short version in brackets.
- Please complete and return a signed authorship responsibility form for each listed author.
Patients, drugs, and devices
- Please remove any information that may identify a patient before manuscript submission to Remedica (in accordance with the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information requirements from HIPAA).
- Please disclose any off-label uses for drugs and devices.
- Please use generic names for all drugs.
- For medical devices, please include manufacturer’s name and location.
Referencing
- No more than 100 references per article.
- References should be numbered consecutively in the text in square brackets. Please use Vancouver style
- For references with more than three authors, please list the first three followed by 'et al.’
Figures and images
- No more than 12 figures/tables per article
- Figures will be redrawn by Remedica to adhere to house style.
- For figures that have been published previously, please provide a full reference for permissions purposes; if permission has already been obtained, please forward a copy of relevant documentation from the original publisher.
- Images should be 300 pixels per inch at the size they are intended to be used at.
- Images can be submitted as slides, glossy prints, or .tif, .jpeg, or PowerPoint files. We cannot accept images imbedded in word processing files.
- Please indicate the number and orientation for each image clearly.
- Please provide reference points in the text and a legend for each figure/table.
Peer-review and CME
- Leading Article manuscripts will be reviewed by the Editor(s)-in-chief and/or an editorial advisory board member and/or a suitably qualified physician. All comments are collated and returned to the author as soon as they are received by Remedica.
All articles will be developed and published according to Remedica’s Standards and Processes, following Remedica Good Publishing Practice.
